Ok, I looked through and can absolutely not believe that no one suggested One Piece, so I will.

If you think Naruto has sold well with its 5 million sales or so in 2010, then your mind will be blown away with the fact that One Piece has sold over 20 MILLION copies in 2010, making it the best selling book of any genre in Japan (and probably other regions). So yeah, that's a message don't you think?

I'm not sure how to break this to you, but it has been suggested, and in the OP I mentioned that I've read it. (^_^')

going to second school rumble, incredibly deep and down to earth schoolyard trouble you will relate to, yet very light hearted and geniously humerous parts. Damn. I should watch the anime again. :D

Hmm you've probably read more manga than me so I'll try and choose a more obscure one :p
I'll recommend [rabbit] Doubt. Not an all-time favourite, but a nice, quality, quick 3 volume or so story.

In advance: that's Doubt. NOT Doubt!! just so you know.
(I happened across the latter while searching for the former, and I wouldn't really recommend it. You can try it if you like though, It's about a girl trying to lose her virginity before she leaves high school or something, I'm not sure, I didn't read it for long :p)

Doubt (or Rabbit Doubt) is pretty new (About a year old I think, they were hyping it a bit when I was in Japan about June last year) so hopefully you haven't read it :p

I'm personally loving a series called Umi No Misaki by Kou Fumizuki. A slighlty different take on the tired old Harem manga set up; in that the main character is really quite likeable, the humour is funny and the nudity (yes, there is a little bit of fanservice) is usual appropriate or tastefully done.
Seriously, I'm shocked by how much I'm liking it. Not sure about its availability though.

I recommend: Blade of the Immortal

It has a rather unique art style (which is good) and a samurai theme about a hitman that can't be killed. It's sick and it's a gorefest. Give it a try if you're into the feudal Japan thing.

Now that the recommendation thing is done: Never ever recommend Naruto and or One Piece to anyone because those two manga will never end.
