No one, because if I'm a character from a video game, then I'm still in a game. That means someone is controlling my actions, and I'm basically a puppet.

If those strings were cut, then my answer would still be nothing because most game worlds would be hell to experience, and those that have hospitable enviroments don't bestow any powers on their characters.

However, in for the sake of discussion, I would have to say Jim Raynor, because he has 3 hero units in the original Starcraft.
