I would use it to make "the deal" and kill anyone I wanted. Anyone who pissed me off, stupid people, evil people, etc.

Considering one of the rules of the Death Note is that the user can neither go to Heaven nor Hell for eternity, I wouldn't use it.

I am going to Hell anyway (should it exist). So I would use the hell out of it.

I wouldn't use it unless I thought that a person will cause world war 3. For example if I could kill Hitler before world war 2.

But apart from that I would A try and destroy it as long as nothing bad happens to me because I destroy it.

and B if I couldn't destroy it I would put it in a massive safe and dump it in the sea

id sell it on Ebay to the highest bidder under an fake name so they couldnt write me down in it. or id use the name of someone i hate and ask them to write my name in it after they won it xD
