The armour is giving him his powers, so its a weapon, just one that utilizes your entire body. I mean look at those robbotic exo suits in sci fi things, weapons.

Mine is pretty much like this guys.
Armour that is indestructible, solar powered (the satalite is already up and uses some energy to cloak and shiled itself (hey technically it dosent kill people, its not a weapon more of an... accesory)) it has some weird tech that converts atoms, giving me the ability to just recylce water, air etc. Stealth systems, some built in jetopack, energy blades, a laser attatchment (wrist)... Also has shields powered by the solar satalite. I would name it Solaris, because it will be powered pretty much entirely by a satalite that uses lasers to send the energy to me.
I will now block out any logical arguments. And if this isnt allowed I will have to copy the dude that said mercers poweres, because that would be awesome too.

Its just that Alex got his powers through mutations... or are you both referring to someone else?

I don't see what the problem is, A biological weapon could be a single vial or canister, and it is from m imagination.
I have actually decided to change it from a biological agent to self-replicating nano-robots that would build a receiver inside the targets and kill them on command.
