The bowler hat would have all kinds of miniature missiles and things which go boom contained within it with two thin curved knives concealed in the rim. The monocle would serve as a targeting device and might allow me to see through clothes... The gentlemanlyness of a bowler hat and monocle will negate the clothes effect

(I kid though it would probably just zoom in and out and give me meaningless HUD things)
