Wrong sorry but if you got a shield he would get a more powerful one and could easily destroy your Laser with his Death laser that is stronger and as for the Cake The Cake is a Lie

True but your plan is flawed you see if he gets the girl of his dreams he will still try and kill you and even if he did get distracted he still has alot of money which he will use to kill you

But you see I wished for a shield that could only me destroyed my ME, not him, not anyone else, so he would also get a shield that would only be able to be destroyed by me, just slightly more awesome.

Without cheesing it:

1. Wish for a mild handicap for 2 days. My enemy should get a greater handicap.
2. Buy a gun. Wish that i could teleport to my enemy's exact location at all times.

3. Wish for immortality.

Either that, or wish i was on the brink of death. My enemy should kick the bucket.

Depending on the handicap you may not be able to kill him due to broken fingers eye sight or other factors and immortality would make him stronger
