Mine would be a mission to Mars, one-way, with enough food and supplies to last at least until I get there and then the stuff to make basically permanent life on the planet for the foreseeable future.
That or The Awesome, taking cheese wire, wrapping it around my neck, securing it to a building, gluing my hands to my head, and then jumping off, decapitating myself and giving the impression of having yanked my own head off. Oh, and it has to be done on live television.

Getting your head cut off doesn't result in instant death. For a few seconds, you still have oxygen flowing in your brain and all those nerves are still active. Unless you drift into unconsiousness directly after the decapitation, you are going to (breifly) be in a world of hell. However, I could very well be wrong, but from piecing together various sources of what I assume is proffesionally made information, the previous conclusion is made. Please do correct me if I am wrong, as I do not wish to carry on with false information.
