I wish my brother would stop being impressed by unimpressive things (so I won't hear "wow, I can't believe it's hotter in the summer" ever again)

I wish my stepdad would stop getting drunk and breaking stuff in my room while trying to play the drums, or would always hit the right drunkenness that he is awesome.

I wish my best friend would realize that after I tell him a joke he does not have to explain the joke back to me.

There is so such thing as a trivial wish.

If something is trivial, you can do it yourself and it no longer is a wish.
If you can't do it, it is obviously not trivial to you.

lmfao, what? I used to have a cat, they can't "bang" on anything. They're soft and small...i can't even picture how it goes about banging on your door, let alone how it's loud enough to wake you up. Sounds like an awesome cat though.

Actually they can. I was over a friend's house. Their cat knocks the back door to get in. Also depends on the door. My cat rubs against the living room doors to get in because they can rattle, seeing as they are double doors with a fair gap between one another.

For my trivial wishes:
1. I want a job
2. I want a £30 kindle voucher
3(?). I want another wish P pointless )
4. I want someone to buy me Portal 2

EDIT: Hot diggity damn! My first wish was coincidently granted just an hour or so after this post. This past weekend has been good to me.
