Start a "Most Dangerous Game"-style hunt, mixed with a little bit of Predator, where I and a select group of friends systematically kill every Disney channel star that we deem unnecessary or parasitic to society. It would start at a recreation of the Coliseum- I dunno where it'd be, possibly out in the deep woods or in a large metropolitan area- and the crowd would vote on how big of a head start they get.

You are supposed to in theory, but the world is on it's way to no longer requiring gold to back paper money and are exchanging it for digital value. As in a number stored in a computer.

Simply set it so that everybody's immunity systems were relatively fool-proof, put a competent knowledgeable person on the 'throne' of every place in the world, Prove/disprove all religions (find the truth etc.etc.), Set in place a system within nature that effectively locks a place down when conflict gets too high up a scale. GROW THE WORLD BIGGA! Feed everyone. Sort most people out financially. And make myself an infinite debit card. And that's all within the first moment. I'd just start mucking about with the rest of the universe after that.
