I know I've gamed too much when, and this is a true story, I buy final fantasy 7 on day of release all those years ago and stay up for 3 days straight, not eating, sleeping, pooping or peeing. Finally get up to turn off the console cause you cant see straight any more and thats the only reason you stopped. Only to reach out to switch the console off and then wake up 15 minutes later on the floor having a mini seizure and slamming your head against the corner of the wardrobe... You never even made it to the console to turn it off. You dont even remember falling to the floor o_O

One of my most memorable moments of my gaming life ^_^

When you get excited at the sight of a box then realize that its a regular box and not the companion cube come to save you from your drab life

When you buy Alan Wake on the Friday, finish it on the Saturday, and buy Metro 2033 on the Sunday.

Yes, that is autobiographical.

...when you shower and get shampoo in your eyes you yell "GAH, FLASHBANG!"
...you take out a knife to run faster.
...you're afraid of masturbating because you think your neighbour uses wallhack.
...when you think "Hmm, this place would be a good FPS map" in the workplace.

I've got tons of these.

When after playing Guitar Hero, I press imaginary frets when hearing a famous rock song.
When I have played too much Borderlands I constantly freak out when seeing a dog.
After a long session of DnD I want to roll a spot check.

When you see a person across the street, raise your arms, close one eye, tilt your head to the side and hold your breath. That took some explaining

When you run everywhere, regardless of how far away it is because noone toggles walk, its just pointless.

When you carry a variety of pointless objects with you at all times incase you need to use them to solve a puzzle.

When you jump your way down a street.

When you've worked out what your stats and level is in real life.

When working something out takes awhile and your first thought is 'I need a faster processor'

When a day without atleast 2 hours worth of gaming is an extremely stressful day.

When you've started gaming when its dark and finished gaming when its dark only there was daylight inbetween and you havent moved from your seat once.

Kind of like how I get into arguments with people because they can't tell the difference between Aedra and Daedra or why the ES games have no dwarves.
What is it that you have devoted your time to learning ? I can't figure it out.
Lore of The Elder Scrolls games.

When I play too much MW2, I check windows for snipers when I walk down the street.
I have done that a few times. And once when I was waiting at a bus stop I saw a high building with a flat roof and realized it would be good for sniping.

When a bunch of characters in your mind that you've made up over the years, and some characters that you have no idea who are, because they were created by your subconscious mind, but will soon come to know and love, and maybe some characters from your favorite games (Ghost makes recurring appearances here, for me.) are put through an action filled sequence in an overly anime style featuring terrorists from the faction that you have fought the most recently, with weapons in the same styling as your favorite game weapons. And as something really epic is about to happen, you get woken up by your cat, then realize that it's 8 A.M. and you need to feed your cat, and that you fell asleep in your computer chair. Again.

True story, when I played Mirrors edge for an entire night and then went outside without going to sleep, my eyes kept going to red objects.

When you forget the difference between "your" (posessive) and "you're" (contraction of "you are").

When you get hurt and the first thing that comes to mind is how you need a stimpak.
When you start to believe jumping off extremly high buildings will hardly make you break a sweat.
When you think multiple gunshots to your head would be about as troublesome as a mosquito bite.
When you look at buildings and wonder which ones are climbable.
When you start to believe you could jog consistently for hours upon hours, even with your backpack/purse/huge ass pockets, etc, weighing you down. (I'm looking at you, Legend of Zelda and Fallout 3)

Seriously, I'm waiting for the day when I jump off a building without thinking because Ezio Auditore can do it, and then go kill thirty guards without a breaking a nail.

(I'm kidding...Honestly.)
