.Fire PR staff, horrid, when hiring new ones, make them sign an agreement that as soon as they badmouth another developer/publisher, I have full reign to fire them.
.Stop the attacks on Piracy/used game sales. Get rid of online passes(let people access the content), any game with DLC on the disc is also free. After that is fair game.
.Let people still have access to Origins while remaking the whole different download manager, make a DRM that is similar to Steamwork(steal with permission if I can.) Upgrade my support so it is not an hassle to fix DRM problems if there is one. When new one is released, move all games to it allowing people to redownload there games for free.
.Change Origins from a Steam Rival to a EA back-catalog where you can download any EA game from the past good or bad. Any IP's that sell like hot-cakes might get a sequel or reboot.
.Now to start fixing present/future problems. Finish the games being made at the time with number 2 rules applied, allow studio to keep their IP and give them a better cut when it comes to sales to keep them from jumping with their IP's
.Cut down on marketing and budgeting, find methods of advertising for cheap(word of mouth). In total, Budget the games to New IP - 600,000 copies break even, sequels 1-1.5 million depending on how big. Give them freedom to experiment but make sure games are solid. If studio wants to go smaller, all power to them.
.Give good studios a place to work but won't tamper with them in anyway, allow them to keep IP's.
At the end of the day, it won't lead me to mad cash and infact probably lose/bankrupt the publisher but it needs to save face, after that, we could aim for profits on trust instead of mugging.
