Elvis Presley. I don't care if it's an easter egg, a cameo or an actual appearance, I just want him to be referenced at least once in the game.

Less underground tunnels, that really put me off exploring the D.C. part of the map... also more large settlements than Fallout 3, I swear Megaton and Rivet city were the only two proper towns that had more than about 7 people living there...
this man speaks truth. how many times i had to use the annoying copy and paste subway tunnels was annoying as heck. and i know that its the wasteland, but human beings naturally would ban together in to better settlements, and those settlements should ACTUALLY be interesting, going to fucking tenpenny tower or big town or megaton were so fucking boring, there was nothing interesting about them or any in town quests really, if it was, it was incredibly stupid.

Many people wont like my wish. And even regardless, it would not make sense now...but
TESyer. I am a super TES fan and got Fallout 3 cause everyone said "Oblivion with guns" (even though a literal one woudl suck) and was dissapointed it did not have the TES lvling (jump enough to get better at jumping e.t.c.)

Let me be a ghoul. Why is it in FO3 that everyone affected by radiation suffered ghoulification while I'm off dying the second my radiation level climbs too high? I think becoming a ghoul would greatly diversify the storytelling. NPCs treating you differently, reacting differently to seeing you, have different dialogue options... My point is, it would be very cool.

Yes! I would love this. I always wanted to be a ghoul or Super Mutant. I think if you get killed by a super Mutant you get to choose to start from an earlier save or get dragged of and get Mutified. Plus the more levels you get the bigger you get and have a higher strength cap but a lower intelligence one. Two bad it isn't going to happen.

Make the story and dialogue as great and epic as Fallout 2 and Planescape: Torment.

Come on Chris Avalone, show me that you haven't lost your magic touch!

That was one of my first thoughts after finishing Fallout 3

Have scoped weapons effected by V.A.T.S. (ie high small guns + crouching + sighted + V.A.T.S.= Longrange ass kicking)

more d.i.y. weapons & to be able to fix them with their base components, not have to build a whole new weapon to fix the old one.

Be able to shoot kids...that little mouthy bastard at Little Lamplight was just ASKING for a face full of buckshot!

As long as the thing is playable out of the box, that's the best I can hope for from an Obsidian release. I'm not holding my breath. Might have to wait for a patch or two before buying.

another thing i would like is with the skills and perks system. especially the skills. i want less skill points. in fallout 3 i wasnt even trying and i got all the skills up to max except for i think speech explosives and unarmed. i would prefer if the points were more valuable. so at the end you can talk good, shoot big guns good and maybe one or 2 more other skills.

i dont want you to be a jack of all trades and master of all of them aswell.

Perceptible, lasting effects on the game-world after you complete quests. The fact that more or less the only effect finishing quests had on the world was that Three Dog repeatedly talked about your exploits felt a wee bit sad. I mean, somebody should have heard about me by then, but I'm still completely unknown out in the Wasteland even after completing the main quest.

I want some goddamn notability!

In the lobby of Tenpenny Tower there are green plants.
How did they get there?

If jet was invented by a man on the west coast in Fallout 2 and he never told anyone else how to make it before he died, then how did it get on the east coast in Fallout 3?

What did the Colonel Autumn's side of the Enclave want with project purity?

How do Super Mutants get captured humans into their vault with out them dying of the radiation around the surface entrance?

Why did vault-tec make the GECK if they didn't actually believe a nuclear war would happen?

How did Autumn survive the radiation explosion that killed your dad?

How does Tenpenny tower survive when they have no access to clean water or medicine?

Those are just the ones I can remember right now.
