Your best minecraft build?

What's your best or will be the best minecraft build that you've ever done / working on?

Mine has to be the 64x64 giant floating island which i am still currently working on.
It's going ot have falling waterfalls, a big jumping puzzle iron chain that you climb up, a ruinded castle on top and then a- sorry, i was going off on one again...

Anyway, what about you?

Yeah... i got bored, but it's nearly finsihed now, i just want to hear about some cool creations is all.

It was brilliant the surrounding area was hollow from the amount of mining.

mine so far has been a canal going round on a private server that me and a few friends play on. even comes complete with locks and thanks to 1.7 even has a nice feel of country-side (or what blocks can give off anyway.)

I only build underground, so my biggest build is a huge underground city, but I'm starting a new legit save and I'm planning to make a huge house on the top of a mountain.

I was creating a huge castle (at least huge by my standards). It took ages to build and the amount of cobblestone I had to mine was massive. Overall not hard to build but I was impressed.

Until the damn game erased it. I went on one day and it just wasn't there anymore, the entire map file was gone. Over 30 hours of work gone for no reason. Tried everything to bring it back. Haven't built anything since.

since then i don't bother to play minecraft anymore since its a friggin waste of time and people who you start to trust turn out to be giant douchebags racists.

I don't wanna advertise or anything but I think I know a good server for you...
Nice medium sized server thats been running since alpha (though had to have 2 map resets, once going from alpha to beta, and once again early 1.7 cos someone managed to break the entire map with pistons :/).
There was 1 corrupt mod but she was weaseled out, and it's a city based survival server where pretty much everything goes but hacks and bigotry.
Although... I reckon about half the regular users are 12 or so... and theres a fair bit of bitching about "Give me back my items" cos people didn't read the one of the 4 signs at every city exit saying "This is the city boundry, once you leave here PvP is on"

Anyway, my best build would either be the 38 diameter glass sphere I made using mathematicals or the 3 40x40x5 mazes I made.
(To be fair I used /give'd items for the maze, but meh, I still built the whole thing by hand )

Well I had one build that had water slides and water lifts in all directions from my base, it was fucking sweet to just woosh around the world, then the patches came, water lifts don't work anymore so all that is now useless.

I wired my friends house (that had automatic doors) full of TNT so that when He went inside after about 5 seconds the whole hill was destroyed exposing the mine below.
