Well, he already is a teacher. He then ditches his class in an attempt to rule the world.
Wait... I never looked at this character this way before... its really what he does in the game. We mean nothing to him, but may still learn something before he leaves.

Other than him... how about Ranma? Not exactly the teaching type. Every half-episode people would break into the school with a bone to pick with him. We would learn nothing, but be able to see a lot of fights. Works for me.
