Your favorite cover of a song?

Alot of people dont like covers because almost always, someone will run around screaming "They destroyed their work!!!" Or something along those lines. However their are some good ones out their. My personal favortie is Billy Talents cover of "Cold Turkey" By John Lenon. While they sound completely different, I think it makes the song more accecible to non beatles/ psychodelic music listeners. Have a listen.

I got two.

Korn's cover of "Word Up," by Cameo. The singer's voice isn't as annoying, and I like the heavier sound better.

I normally hate covers, but this one has an originalety that I feel alienates it from the original 99 luftballons by nena.

I don't really like how Goldfingers do so many covers, but this one I find quite good.

Rancid did a good cover song of NOFX's Bob
A Perfect Circle did great covers of Joni Mitchel and Black Flag
But my fav has to be Me First and the Gimme Gimme's Phantom of the opera, they kick ass
