Tifa - I dunno why but shes just really cute

Auron - For obvious reasons

Jecht - Reminded of Jack Sparrow

Rikku - How can anyone not like her. She serves virtually no purpose to the plot but shes just there to cheer everyone up. And it WORKS.

Lightning - I just love the bits where Snow spouts some hero bullshit and lightning just smacks him upside the face.

Sazh - Black dude with dual pistols who complains about being to old for this shit. With a chick in his 'fro. Final Fantasy is the only series I can think where I can say that and its not the dumbest thing in the entire game. That makes him cool.

Vanille - Something tells me I'm going to be kind of alone on this one but I dunno she reminds me a lot of Rikku and while a lot of people hate it, her accent kinda grew on me after a while.

Zack from FF7. Wasn't that big of a character in the game FF7, but after Crisis Core he was my instant favorite.

Obviously Aurons gotta be up there, so kick-ass. Also really did like Cloud and Aeris from 7. And am i the only one who liked Vanille from 13? I know she took ages to get used to, but as it went on i really started to like her as a character^^

Lightning from FF XIII coz she was pretty hardcore at the start of the game, also gotta go with Sazh, he has a bird LIVING IN HIS AFRO! Also Vincent from VII.

Characters I hated, Hope really pissed me off with his whining at the beggining of XIII however once he starts getting a bit stronger I kinda came around a lil bit, also, while Snow is a pretty decent character gamplay wise, the whole 'Im a hero' thing grates on me a lot.

He was pretty much the only enemy to destroy the world, and was comic releaf, villain and boss at the same time.

Personally i've always favored ViVi from FF9.i don't know why but he's the most interesting to me.ViVi is also one of the most heavily developed character in that game.ViVi is also one of the most hardcore Magic using Final Fantasy characters in the series.For some reason he also got like 1/4th a disk in the original FF9.My final reason is because he is mostly designed from the original BlackMage from FF1.

Nothing to add. Vivi is the most awesome FF character ever, and one of the most awesome rpg characters period.

I..didn't get a real good vibe on anybody from FXIII, so thus...blah to them all. And I didn't really get a good vibe on FF6 and below, but that's nothing more than my idiocy because I was trying to finish at least start things up and get a feel of the games, but never got to direct myself back to FF6

I haven't actually played any FF game, but Lightning is without a doubt the best character. Doesn't seem to listen or take shit from any of the other incompetent characters. If Sony wasn't trying to make the game accessible to all ages, Lightning would probably ruthlessly beat most of the other characters and bitchslap the women, because that's what they deserve.

You chose lightning, Lightning! The angst ridden one she is last! she isn't evan that strong to make up for it for me i chose Auren the chuck norris of FF games. You chose the equilivent of an EMO in the FF worlds.

Auron by far. His one liners that just steal the moment and his uber tanking capabilities (until you complete the game at 100% where everybody, even Yuna is a tank). Vivi was definitely a highlight for me. Ive played FFVII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, XII and my fave protagonist (person that you control from the start) has got to be Cloud mainly because he was probably the least naive character.

And yes, I have yet to play FFXIII, probably wont and you can thank Zeropunctuation for that.
