Bungie. I have never seen a company more devoted to its fans than Bungie. This isn't that kind of fake devotion that you see going around, this is real community love. They listen and not just by making you pay for a map pack.
I'll use an example. This kid named Nathaniel had this 360 that he took everywhere. He had it signed by a dozens of big names in the industry, including some guys from Red vs. Blue. He even had a sweet drawing of Master Chief on it done by a pro. Well, it got RROD'd. Nathaniel reluctantly sent it in to Microsoft, explaining his situation and pleading that they not replace or wash it. When he got it back, it was washed clean. Not replaced or stolen: washed. You could see Sharpie smears, and if anyone knows anything about sharpies: they're really hard to erase. Nathaniel posted his story on the internet.
Within a few days of this posting, he got a huge package from Bungie. They sent him action figures, the Legendary edition of Halo 3, wall-stickers, the soundtrack signed by Martin O'Donnell, a shirt, a couple things not available at the Bungie.net store, and the Legendary edition helmet signed by the entirety of the Bungie staff. This is only really, really amazing because there was no reason for Bungie to do this. They could have just ignored it and moved on, but they decided to care for a fan. Or they could have just sent him an action figure and a post-it note that said "sorry" but they went all-out.
Microsoft sent the kid a pretty hefty package later, including a 360 signed by all of original signers and Bill Gates. But they owed him, Bungie didn't. For that, I eternally respect Bungie. I bought a T-shirt the day I heard that story and sent them a really nice letter.
