Ok you got me with that one. I admit, the portal device and the turrets are guns. Sorta.

Imagine being killed by the hello kitty gun. I would die crying quietly to myself in a dark room somewhere after being shot with that thing...to embarrassing to go to a hospital, too degrading to even tell your friend that you got shot with a hello kitty gun.

I was going to say Braid, but I remembered the turrets that shoot fireballs. Could Psychonauts count? It technically doesn't have guns. Okami as well. And Uplink. Those three.

Psychonauts has turrets in the army guy's/Coach's mind. I was going to say Castlevania SotN but then I remembered the musket skeletons. Carmageddon didn't have guns so I'll have to go with that.
