The walking Nazi Zombies. The ones that can be torn apart by a carbine (three guys with carbines can really mess up a zombie).

Either that or the nameless losers you fight at the beginning of the Fight Night 4 career mode. I once made a guy who's only effective attack was punching people square in the face. He was fast (simply so he could punch more), and had no health, but he absolutely destroyed those guys with face punching.

the Italian black shirts in M.O.H airbourne; for those not knowing I'm not racist but compared to the Nazi's that you fight later in the level.........their ..........well..............whelps!

I also just adore scouts in tf2, with their little base ball bats,and how the scamper around like a bunny. Their almost cute!

I would like to mention the marines from Half-Life. I think that was the first time I ever feelt truly scared while playing a FPS. I fealt like these guys could best me.
Strangely, I never felt that way about the Combine troops in Half-Life 2.
