I'd say yes, because some other songs that come to my mind are "Simple and Clean Rock", "Satch Boogie" by Joe Satriani, and "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth" by Metallica. Sure Pulling Teeth might be mostly Bass, but it's still epic.

Id pretty much completely agree with this but I also am quite inclined to More than a Feeling by Boston. Not even that great a solo but its just so epic and fits so perfectly. I love it.
