Your favorite non-Final Fantasy Squaresoft game?

Chrono Cross, by all means. I loved Chrono Trigger, but Chrono Cross was seventeen types of fucking awesome. Except for its ending, which was a massive letdown.

Well i love Chrono-trigger & chrono-cross.

Definately parasite eve, particularly the sequel

(by the way when are more sequels of these game series coming out? hint hint square enix)

& i was particularly fond of secret of mana (never got to play the sequel since it supposedly didnt come out of japan)

oh & i quite fancied radical dreamers.

Front Mission 3 (may as well toss in the other non-Squeenix versions here as well)

Agree i loved kingdom hearts..couldn't get far before the novelty wore off when you were Roxas in the second game, however.

Vagrant Story was the most amazing RPG ever made. I took the rood inverse from that game and had it tattooed on my back.

And Last Remnant is Square Enix, so that doesn't qualify.
