Not all TV shows have some kind of definite evil person or bad guy but I figure enough do that people will be able to come up a few awesome TV Villains.

Mine is the Man in Black from Lost. Even though he's only been in two episodes (Season 5 finale and Season 6 Premier) I can tell that he is going to be pretty bad-ass.

Mine is probably King Hamdo from Now and Then, Here and There. He is just the essence of batshit crazy.

He sounds even crazier in japanese dub.

This is him in a "good" mood. he gets much, much crazier.

Sue Sylvester from Glee.

God that woman's better than Dexter, imo.

Ross from Friends...

His dorkiness killed that show, that's why he's a super evil villain!! >:O

Pretty much any villain that's not so blatantly evil is a good villain in my book.

When we tell stories, we're so stuck on "Oh the bad guy does bad things because he's bad people" side of story telling.

A Villain who is good at heart but has different intentions than the protagonists that make him bad in their eyes seems more interesting to me. I think more games/movies need more characters that are against your cause but you're still capable of liking them for who they are despite their alignment.

One of the characters in a book trilogy I want to write one day is going to be like that. Works for a group that's frowned apon for doing naughty things, but really is a character that people can relate too.. While at the same time, one of the protagonists is an anti-hero if anything, a neutral character that will help shed light on the world that they live in to the readers.

Not to sound like I'm trying to advertise anything, because at the moment my laziness has got the upper hand and chances are it will never be written LOL.

I hope that explains my ideal Villain in games/shows/movies though, since I can't think of any specifics at the moment... LOL

The first 2 seasons of Alias (before the writers went insane) featured some of the best villains on television. You had Arvin Sloane, who always had an endgame and even when you thought you'd worked out his Xanatos Gambit always turned out to have two on the back burner. Then there was the incredibly sexy Mr. Sark, who was both a little on the edge and smart enough to actually WIN against the heroes at times. Rounding out the group was Irina Derevko, who played both sides with such flare, you could never count her out of double-cross. All three were great because they were smart, they actually beat the heroes often enough to make them credible threats, and they had style.
