I even affectionately called him, "Buddy" whenever I saw him. Yes, I talk to my video games.

Either Slim Cognito for his "Legally Ambiguous Free Fashioning", or the vendor in the original Mercenaries. Much as they only do one proper tank (BMP APC, which is crap), the fact that you can call in a ridiculous amount of arty for a few easily-attainable million is all good fun.

Anyway, I have to say Morlan (the gray salarian in the markets on the citadel from Mass Effect) only because his english is so bad.

no what did they do on x play? i dont remember them doinng something with the merchent.

The skit pretty much went the merchant guy was going about the x-play offices, bugging & asking everyone what were they buying, what were they selling, etc. I think it ended w/ Morgan shooting him in the head.
Best part was:
Merchant:What are you buying?
Guy at vending machine: FUCKING CUPCAKES!!
