Darth Vader. Or perhaps Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Although nowadays they look a bit lame. I'll have to go for any comic book villain recreated by Christopher Nolan.

Yeah the image pretty much sums it up. Simon Hurt.
Even after 6 years we're still in the mystery who this guy really is. Thomas Wayne? The Devil? An older Thomas Wayne from the past? Mangrove Pierce?
What we do know, is that he's the only one who has come this close to destroying the bat-family. And maybe even corrupting them by having them sell their soul to the devil.

Batman's greatest villain imo. Mostly also because he's not overexposed like the Joker.

Guy from my avatar - Lord Genome from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. He's awesome as a villain, and even more awesome in the last minutes of the anime/second movie when he

creates his Lazengann from nowhere using his force of will and Spiral Power, takes head-on a powerful energy similar to that of Big Bang and before it disintegrates his body, he transforms it into a giant galaxy-sized drill with his head on top.

Seems like that's the general rule - the cooler someone is as a villain, the cooler he is as a hero.

The Master from Doctor Who, I think I just like it when the villian of a game or film is just like a evil version of the hero. Makes it more interesting.

Also I am not sure who is the villain but L and Light from Death Note are also interesting characters.

Hmmm. Kimiko Ross is awsome, as long as you don't think to hard on the consequences of her actions. Then she's scary.

I have a better question.

Which villain I haven't liked?
I mean, I love nearly all villains! But favorite, mmmmmm...

I guess it would be a tie between GLaDOS, SHODAN, Sephiroth, The Overmind, every villain from the MGS series, Illidian, Arthas, the Naga, Diablo, The Red Queen, Kerrigan, Dr. Breen, Pyramid Head and many more!

Ernst Stavro Blofeld FTW

Char Aznable
(Just for the record, Amuro Rai can smoke a big fat dick...)

Somehow recent, but I think Doctor Simon (Thomas Wayne) Hurt is pretty bad ass

The Joker
The Spaniard

With the Spaniard sure he fails but he doesn't give up, he even wants to go out like a prick. Go on... finish me off!

I've found The Major from Hellsing to be one one of the most amusing villains to date. Everything about him is just so..awesome. I mean, just listen to his speech!

I always love a watching a good villain and my favourites would be.

Albert Wesker from Resident Evil: His plan was very well thought out and he was powerful as well.

Sosuke Aizen From Bleach: I do think Aizen may be a little overpowered, but wow he is the embodiment of pure evil. (I still remember those words he said.) "The betrayal you can see is trivial, it's the betrayal that you don't see, which is truly terrifying.)

Byakuran and his six funeral wreaths from Hitman Reborn: Don't really no what to say about, these guys other than Byakuran is awesome. He could be calm and occasionally funny, but when he gets mad, he suddenly lets out this feeling of awesomeness.
The six funeral wreaths are awesome as well, especially Daisy and Kikyo.

Who do I associate more towards? The answer would be Heartless Xehanort, a.k.a Ansem, a.k.a the fused hearts of Master Xehanort, Terra, and Riku.

I don't know why, guess its the way he talks that has always drawn me into his character. Least in the first game. In the other's he lacks that do to a change in voice actors but still he manages.

As for a close second my favorite villain has always been up to a certain point Kuja from Final Fantasy IX. His reasons for being a villain make the most sense out of most RPG badguys. Just like how Genesis tries to copy his shtick. Like look at me I'm gonna start quoting plays too and being all poetic when I speak. Eh, Kuja did it better first. Genesis is like the cullmination of Square's best villains ripping off Dante's wardrobe from Devil May Cry.
