Pandas. May they rest in peace.

My stomach dropped for a second there. Then I remembered that I had seen an ad for the WWF asking for money. It was the first time I was happy with an advertisement.

No, Pandas aren't extinct, but the aren't exactly "numerous" either.
I am aware their numbers are dwindling, which is why I momentarily believed it. I have love for Pandas.
Who would not have a love for pandas? sure, I may not be the biggest panda lover, but they're giant bears made of fluff and hugs. and the joke was a little funny for me as I would know about this(my mother fucking LOVES pandas)

Anomalocaris was fucking rad.
Ya, I thought the Cambrian was better than any other period. I can't decide between the Anomalocaris or the Opabinia.

Ankylosaurs. Seriously. They're armored to the teeth in bone, and their tail is a CLUB. A CLUB.

It was the TANK among the Dinosaurs.

This thread is kind of depressing... anyways I'd have to go with mammoths, furry elephants what more do you need?

The man wants you to think they never existed. That they were a fairy tale.

But I know. They were real alright.

Don't think of it as depressing but as a celebration of sorts.

True that. Time for all the Escapists to band together to save the Pandas.

Oh in that case I can't wait till snow leopards go extinct so I can "celebrate" them too.

Short-Faced Bear or the Entelodont (Hellpig: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell_pig)
or perhaps the giant ground sloth.

You're welcome to wait all you like but it isn't going to make it any easier for the snow leopards. Perhaps if you feel so strongly about it, you should become an activist. I like to talk about extinct animals because they're interesting.
