Well, I'm very passive and waiting. Then unleash an array of quick but hard-hitting punches.
I boxed for a while, so that really affected the way I fight.

~ And yes, I'm in a fight club :))))
You NEVER talk about Fight Club!!!
However that may be the case, our fight club is heavily influenced from the movie; It's the same really, except with some protection gear, to keep you from major injuries.

Ha! I'm a 6'3", 300lbs Tae-Kwon-Do state champ(although I don't do that anymore), former defensive/ offensive lineman/ linebacker and seasoned bar fighter I feel sorry for the sad sod that picks a fight with me.

But usually I open with a couple of Liverpool kiss's(that's a head-but) than hit em with what ever I can get my hands on.

That doesn't sound very inviting.

Unfortunately I haven't actually fought in a couple years... Screwed up my teeth, so I gave it up. I've been meaning to get into martial arts for a long time though, I just couldn't find any good dojos and I no longer have time.

I cast Flare!

I've been training Karate since I was 5, so nearly 12 years now, also trained with Katana, Bo Staff, Kama, Tonfa and Si.
Plus, my Sensei burned this mantra into my brain; "if they attack you, make sure they won't be able to attack you again"
So I'll be going for broken arm's and legs as I'd rather not kill anyone.

Although I found cockiness seems to work, I was out with a friend from karate (a fellow black belt) and a guy tried to mug us, he was a little bigger than us and unarmed, we both burst out laughing and walked off, the poor guy was to confused to follow it up.

Mine would be Berserking, its the perfect fighting style! Because;
1. Pain would fuel your rage, so you fight harder.
2. You wouldnt be aware of your suroundings, so you wouldnt be too concerned about wether you're losing the battle.
3. You dont care wether you win or lose, so long as you deal damage to the enemy.
4. You will win glory in Odin's eye and once you fall in combat, you shall be carried away by Valkeries to Valhalla.

My fighting style can aptly be described as hit opponent and not getting hit back pretty much sums up every style of fighting under the sun

I taught myself my own sword style for about seven or eight years, and for a few years I translated those movements to a hand-to-hand format. I don't have any real formal style, though I'm certain I could defend myself at least passably.

I fight with lots of kicking and I'm good with any type of stabby device.

In games, I like SMGs. And stabbing.

I choke them. Seriously, the only times I've been victorious in fights is when I get a mad look in my eye, jump at my victim's throat and squeeze for all my worth until they give up or pass out. Even if I get dragged off my target, he'll usually be too rattled to continue.

I've had a 100% success rate with this, while every other method usually ends with me beaten or at best in a stalemate. I attribute this to my slender build (67kg to my 186 cm height), so I preffer to rely on whatever rage and adrenaline I can muster and choke the bastard.

The downside is I take a few punches as my victim tries to dislodge me. The upside is I don't lose and get left alone my whomever was bothering me.

Amen to this one! :) Couldn't agree more.

In real scraps, I don't throw many punches. I tend to grab limbs and wrench them against the joint, usually attempting to knock them to the ground. I also picked up a decent shoulder-charge from playing rugby that can throw most people down. Once I've knocked the person over I try to take the fight out of them with knee drops, elbows and fists to the gut. Once someone is obviously beaten I let them go - which can cause trouble when the person doesn't want to admit they've been beaten.

I can't understand knife fighting. Even just learning it as a martial art. The idea of stabbing someone is totally repulsive to me. I'll hit them with something solid, but using a knife is just... incomprehensible.

In games I'm a brawler. I always keep moving and stay away from exposed ground and hilltops. When I spot someone, I run for the nearest spot where I can come around a corner at them from close range and get the drop on them. Once I've got that down I work on learning medium- and long-range combat. I do all right.

I completely agree with you there, no question.
