I have recently noticed something. Regardless of who's post I am reading, what they're avatar is, or what they are saying, my inner voice for these forums seems to be a douchey-sounding 16-year-old. I have no idea why this is, and I am not asking for answers as to why this is.

My question to the community is: What does your inner voice for forum-reading sound like, right now, as you're reading this?

Well, I don't have a voice.

I just have a presence speaking to me, without actually mentally speaking. Like it feels like something is talking to me, but in actuality is not making a single mental sound.

If you know what I mean.

Depends on the poster. Yeah, I imagine certain posters having certain voices.

For example, I always imagine rolling thunder sounding like R.Lee Ermey.

Strangely enough, completely voiceless. Unless the poster has an avatar that gives me an idea what it should sound like, but then again I usually only pay attention to the avatars of people I know on the boards. With other people I only notice the avatar after reading it.

Me: I don't have a inner-forum voice.

Inner-Voice: "...reepoortssz hiiiim..."

Me: What? No!...Why?

Inner-Voice: "...heeee izz breaaakingz the roools..."

Me: No he isn't! He's asking a perfectly reasonable questio...

Inner-Voice: "GO F*CK YOURSELFS!!!"

Me: What? NO! Leave me ALONE!

Inner-Voice: "Nevers! You filthy black-hearrted homeless man killing bastar..."

Me: *hands over ears* LA LA LA LA LA LA!

Most of the time, it sounds like my own voice, only quieter somehow.
The exceptions are for the people I've heard before.
The accent thread made reading posts more interesting.

My own voice? I don't have a voice for people... actually that's not true. Every voice, even in books, sounds exactly like my own. My mental image of everyone looks exactly like me unless described otherwise. Call me self centered, but I don't really have silly voices for people. The main difference is that sometimes one voice is slightly deeper than another.

When I see a post of Susan or John or whatever, obviously I hear it in their voice. Every other time, I hear Hugh Laurie.

I usually just read as if you're all American! Bwuahaha!

EDIT

On that note, there are a couple people who have their own voices. ComadoreCrack for instance (after watching his videos) and Amberella... because she's my girlfriend xD

Ha! I have just about the same one, unless it's one of the senior members like Neonbob or Furburt, they get their own cool voices.
