Mine would have to be the Thresher Maws in Mass Effect on the 360. In the PC version I found it extremely easy to kill them, but I just can't get around the controls for this version and they're just horrendous to try and kill as they rape you in the nostrils with acid.

Also, the Flood. The amount of times I've died in the Halo games as I was endlessly spammed with horrible little bug creature... things... is too many to count.

I have never felt so much hate for a video game character before.

Yaaaaa, I wanted to kick the shit out of him the whole time. Especially because of how absurd his logic was in my game. I had left his gang for last, meaning I owned pretty much everything but his territory only for him to call me a Hasbeen? Then all the other shit too...

my only hated boss was The Nigerian boss dude. Only because the first time I was dumb enough to try chasing him instead of tossing sticky bombs on his hummer when it first showed up XD

Now I feel stupid because that guy always struck me as Jamaican but Nigerian makes way more sense though the Rastafarian stuff they were into still puts me on the fence as the General's nationality. I was pissed that I didn't get his limo...

Okay Either I am really awesome at JRPGs... or I seem to be the only person that only discovered 70% of the game at most (Never got "Knights of The Nine" I think it's called") and beat sephiroth first go with level 43's-62's from luck @.@ (I am a gil,gold,cash whore in any game and I hate using items unless I needed to so it did kinda help I had all my elixirs, all 99 phoenix downs, and tonnes of potions XD)

The soldier from TF2, that arrogant, insta-gibbing, absurdly tough bastard who always seems to take about 15% of the damage I throw at them.
That said I've been getting better at the ignite/axetinguisher trick, which is pretty satisfying.
