Mass effect in itself isn't very good, i don't feel like a Space hero or even role playing. gameplay is lackluster of enclosed shooting galleries and i found it boring. also i have never played ME3, so don't get on my case about being butt hurt about the ending

I think Return of the King is one of the best Co Op games on the ps2

Well, my favorite game is The Wind Waker. I think the cell shaded graphics are better than the graphics in all of the other Zelda games. I do like all of them though.

Ive got tons of unpopular opinions, I like fallout 3 (story still sucked), Assassins Creed 2 was worse that AC1 (the story sucked too), and Mass Effect 2 was a bad sequel to ME1 (I'm seeing a trend here). Oh, and Bethesda makes good games. Not sure how unpopular that last one actually is, but I'm sure it is to some people.

1) The slaughter of thousands in Dynasty Warriors feels less tedious than God of War's monotonous killing sprees.

2) Chris Avellone is a pretentious twat and his writing is pretentious twaddle.

3) Critically-acclaimed indie games last only three or so hours before they become boring.

My unpopular opinion would have to be that I dislike the GTA games and they should no longer be referred to as open world games. It's just a bunch of grey streets with one or two building you can enter. At the most it's a slightly bigger than normal linear TPS. Even then it's boring.


My guilty pleasure would have to be Too Human. It was a fun game I was able to pick up for £10 and the customization was great.

Unpopular opinion? I don't like JRPG's, i think they look tacky and play horribly (for me this includes the final fantasies)

My unpopular opinion: I don't like Final Fantasy. Lord knows I tried. But I've never even finished one. (My boyfriend says that makes me `not a true` gamer, but he loves Halo so he can shut up).

My guilty pleasure: Cutesy time-management games. I'm awesome at them and they're a good timesink.

Guilty pleasure: I like Red Faction: Guerilla. Being able to bash through any man made structure in any way you like is fucking awesome.

Unpopular opinion: Red Dead Redemption was basically GTA4 without buildings, cars or pedestrians to run over, and with a doormat as a main character. Yes, John Marston is the biggest tool in gaming.

I love playing oldskool RPGs, such as the SSI Gold Box series, the first 5 Ultimas, first 5 Might and Magic, first 4 Wizardries, etc. I am a DOS-BOX wizard at this point.

I also loathe most FPS games, and I wouldn't play Mass Effect (any of them) to save the life of all puppies in the universe.

I also think Diablo 3 is crap. Sue me.

My unpopular opinion is basically *insert really popular game here* really isn't as good as everyone thinks it is.

Contenders would be Half Life 2 (oh dear god so much Hlaf Life 2), Portal (Or pretty much anything else by valve), GTA4, and probably one of my biggest bugbears, God of War.

Now I didn't play God of War on PS2, since I didn't have one, but I was recommended it when the God of War collection was released. And I honestly didn't get the appeal. I accepted that the graphics quality was going to be PS2 level, but the controls were shonky, the fixed camera was almost unbearable, the hit boxes were all over the freaking place, and the story... uh, hmmm...

What I disliked most about God of War 3 through (based upon the making ofs on the disc) was the sheer arrogance of Sony Santa Monica. 'Yeah, this game is the best looking one that is going to be released on PS3, in fact its going to be the best game ever released on the platform, period' Uh... No. Just know.

My guilty pleasure? Nudity in games. Yup, I admit it. I enjoy looking at digital boobs.

Guilty pleasure? Bals if I know; I know what I like and I'm unrepentant about it. My unpopular opinion is especially unpopular,these days,and it's in relation to Mass Effect 3's ending. People called me a troll over it,and something called a "Zeel",whatever that is.

Unpopular opinion - I prefer Assassin's Creed 1 over Assassin's Creed 2.
I like all the Sonic games, including the newer ones.

I also think FF7 is complete mediocre garbage and that the fan-base tends to be pants-on-head retarded.

I promise to uphold my promise to be civil and nice...but I feel I must state that my parents buying me FF7 was a defining time in my childhood, I cried when Aeris took it, and even hearing my friend play some of the soundtrack pieces on the piano moves me like few things can.

I must note that I don't support the advent children crap and every bastard child spit out by Square execs after Uematsu and Sakaguchi jumped ship. I get the feeling that maybe "the fan-base" and myself exist in different planes, otherwise I'm okay with the tradeoff of having a developmental and cognitive disability if it means keeping the beautiful memories I have : )

I personally think Crisis Core is the best Final Fantasy game...

My guilty pleasures are iPhone game apps, I've spent so mamy hours on Fragger and Shift 2. Both great games that were also free. (at the time)

Unpopular opinion? Minecraft is extremly overhyped pile of bland and Notch is no god. Also its fanbase is in my opinion is the single worst fanbase in gaming right now. "oh, so likeing COD more than Minecraft makes me a mainstream sheep and I'm the reason gaming is dying. Yeah I'm the real ahole here."
