*Possible Spoilers Ahead*

The reason why I bring this up is because I was playing Mass Effect 2 and enjoying the hell out of it. From the little space hamster to the cannons, I love it all. My beautiful female character, who I named Faye (because it always make think of Faye Valentine), Miranda, and Jack (whom I had literally just acquired minutes ago), were running about Korlus going after Okeer the korgan. I was running down a hill on the junk planet and all of sudden enemies run out from around the corner and start shooting before I can get to cover. They immediately start shooting and the force of their bullets sends my forward running butt backwards and back up the hill.....and then I was stuck.....I don't know what stuck me...the wires, some piece of garbage on the ground, but whatever the hell it was, it wasn't budging because I was very much stuck. Jack and Miranda took out the enemies...and then I stood there for about fifteen minutes. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't move and had no choice but to restart. Now all the work I had done in the last HOUR was gone.

*sigh* Anyways, post your own rant fest about your latest with Mass Effect, 1 or 2, that just left you seething with rage and let's get some anger out.

The camera becomes unstuck for me, rather than over the shoulder it will switch to some random angle and stay there, that and I sometimes get stuck about 2 meters up in the air after walking on a table.

Liara.

That woman was useless to me because everyone could do her job and more. Wrex had the powers without be squishy and Kaidan had the powers while also being able to shut down weapons and other biotics. I used her only for the achievement and wished I could have left her on Virmire instead.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the main annoying part. She died all the time and I just stopped wasting Medigel on her.

During Grunt's loyalty mission I stumbled upon a sinister glitch that defied all logic of Mass Effect and games and indeed the universe in general.
The unkillable Varren.
This creature, clearly of demonic origin from another plane of existance, simply put refused to die. I had removed its health bar completely but it kept getting back up, Mordin and Grunt were blasting the life out of it with laser, fire, collector beam, biotics, explosives, even a freezing ray of some kind and it just kept getting back up.
Eventually I just had to reload my last save because the game wouldn't continue until I killed that Varren which, clearly, wasn't about to happen.

Seriously, in retrospect I should have tried to recruit that Varren to do battle with the Reapers, because I'm pretty sure it would win or at least they'd run out of laser power before it ran out of determination.

EDIT: Also must be said that I found the Jack/Miranda confrontation quite annoying because they both seemed to assume Shepard had some kind of romantic attachment to the other which, incidentally, he didn't. So at the end of the day I picked Jack over Miranda not caring about the romance aspect for either one and had to deal with Miranda being a ***** to me for the entire course of the game while I still tried to patch things up.

Same thing happened to me on that level, but it was after meeting the krogan. I got launched into the air and trapped in the roof. Even if I had lived, I would have had to have restarted. Damned annoying, So after respawning I killed the guys I had ran from with a blackhole.

Aside from that, After playing through the game, and doing the joker mission, I was annoyed that I was already on the final mission. Really annoyed me as I was just getting into the game...

The elevators in ME 1 D:<

On a more serious note, I haven't really had much trouble with the Mass Effect games. My only major gripe would have to be
on the planet where you meet Kaidan/Ashley (depending on who survived in ME1) and have to fight your way to the computer, so you can get the GARDIAN-cannons working... two Scions is not fun at Veteran D:<

finding out that my squads powers can instantly hit a target behind cover, but mine first have to travel (pull/push/reave/etc) there only to get absorbed by the cover which an enemy is using.

Annoyed me every time. For the rest is all the bugs like camera unstuck, weapons continue to fire

I had to fight four YMIR mechs on hardcore in order to save some... crates?
I know it's parlt my fault for not paying full attention to the mission briefing, but seriously, mechs?

Why were they the "distroy crates" plan in the first plan, a couple of bombs seems a better option than mechs with guns. Pain in the arse with little reward.

Are you talking about Korlus, after you have spoken to the imperfect Krogan, who moves something for you? There are some cables hanging from the ceiling? This happened to me, except my character hadn't been shot, she just managed to somehow levitate, I had to reload! This has happened to me on the Estavanico and on the 'car', in the Omega markets by the preaching Batarian and 'some', other times! Somebody did NOT do their job properly, methinks! :S

ME1
- Anytime Ashley or Kaiden opened their mouths (though at least Kaiden wasn't trying to flirt with me, so he comes out slightly ahead in this one)
- Driving the Mako and being two inches from the top of a hill when it decides the slope is too steep and it can't go any further. So you reverse and try a different path only to have the Maki fall and the camera flip around forcing you to struggle to just get moving forward again.

ME2
- Going up to my cabin for the first time and seeing Ashley's picture on my desk.. despite the fact that I was nothing more than sort of friendly to her in ME1. I didn't didn't tell her I liked her, I didn't kiss her and I certainly didn't sleep with her.. but somehow the game determined we were in some sort of relationship worthy of me wanting to remember her. The upside: hopefully in ME3 I'll be able to call her a *****, tell her how good Miranda is in bed and then press perform a Renegade action to push her out of a window.

Both
- Dr Chakwas. For some reason I always figured she'd have something interesting to say after her one full conversation. Instead you get the overly long scene of her and her rather creepy face turning around and staring at you without you being able to cancel out of the convesation.

I once got stuck on the railing of the Normandy's bridge. That was immensely annoying.
