Assassin's Creed. My god that game was bad. It's sequel, however, was fantastic.

Oh boy, here we go.

Halo franchise as a whole.
Modern Warfare 2, I liked 1 though.
Bioshock, not as great as I kept hearing, sequel was just as bad.
Prince of Persia.
Final Fantasy as a whole, I used to like it, after going back and playing some of them I hate myself for liking them.
Devil May Cry 4, compared to 3, was inferior.
GTA4, took the fun, vibrant, GTA:SA and turned it dark, gritty and boring.

There's a LOT more but I can't be assed listing them all.

Why yes I am a very hard person to please, thank you for asking.

S.W.A.T. a game where you yell at people to subdue them or you lose. even though you have ridiculously good weapon customization. YELL DOWN THE TERRORISTS, YELL THEM DOWN. And it works, if a guy is yelling at me and I have a big gun and a clear shot and motivation, I will shoot them, especially if I'm in line with 3 other dudes.
So very sad.

In no particular order:

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - After Morrowind this was an underwhelming experience, to say the least.

GTA IV - Damn you Rockstar, why did you have to kill all the fun in GTA?

I don't know why everyone's hating on Farcry 2. I'm about 10 hours in, and playing stealthily, and pulling off an assassination without anyone knowing you're there with a Silent Makarov is quite a thrill.

However, I got it only last Christmas from a cousin, so the fact I didn't pay for it and am not experiencing any sort of hype-train probably makes it a better experience. So, lesson is, only play a game and judge it based on its own merits, not by the hype around it or what developer's name is plastered on the the bottom of the box-art.

I'd have to say the biggest disappointment for me recently was God of War 3. Sure, it was awesome, but it felt far too samey. If I hadn't played the previous 2 and done hardest difficulty runs on both, maybe I would have enjoyed it more. I don't know. Oh, and Assassin's Creed. I didn't mind the repetitive side-missions as much as I hated the fact it was impossible to stealthily do any of the 9 assassination missions. I think I managed to pull off one where the target was deep into a castle, and I scaled the walls and used throwing knives to take out the archers on the walls. But still, you can't do that "crowd stealth" thing all the time.

Okay, end rant.

Fable II, had some good parts, i like the story better than Fable 1, but to be honest i found the childhood portion of the game more immersive, fun, and just genuinely enjoyable then the entire rest of the game

Vampire Rain: really cool premise i never seen before and was really looking forward to it...then i played it.

Resident Evil 5, oh wait i mean 4 oh wait who gives a fuck 5 sucked shit. Veronica and 4 were the only good ones.

Halo: where the fuck do i start?

Now, I'm sure that there's going to be some people who are Bethesda Fanboys or simply want to know the reason for my choice
FANBOY TAKING OVER CAN'T RESIST!!!!

OT: FF11 and FF12 an MMO (the only MMO that seems on this shitty computer is wow) and MMO gameplay as a RPG not good.

Dark Sector. Horrible game to pay full price for. I thought it'd be good but it was disappointing in just about every single way. The only thing that made up for its' shitty everything was the Glaive, which never got boring.

I bought it day one for 60 bucks. The second I bought it it had already dropped in 'worth' to 20 bucks QQ
That game was totally unfinished, it just felt so empty.

Wow i actually like a bunch of these games, like borderlands and bioshock 2...huh owell

OT: I was so beyond disapointed for the console version of AvP, i played the crap out of the demo i even made sure that i had a couple days off to play as soon as it came out and what do i get? nothing but sadness and disappointment the most fun i had was with the sad excuse of a alien campaign,

The best part should have been the online but the preds are just SO unbalanced, Better weapons then marines and better melee then aliens, All i'm saying is someone down at sega must have quite the stiffy for the preds.

It was riddled with glitches and flaws, had horrible pacing, horrible bosses (Only one I enjoyed and it was repetitive) and the story... God, don't even get me started on the story.

It had major potential, it did, but the execution was way off.
