Firefly. I loved that show, best sci-fi ever.
And let me tell you, this series has nothing about a god-resurrecting pansy pants wannabe undead lord vampire challenging Alucard. Oh no. Millenium is something to truly fear. I cannot say any more, it would spoil too much.
Suffice to say, Alucard is freaking awesome and the Halconnen II Seras gets after Halconnen I proves insufficient is just plain overkill.

Traveler. It was great, and didn't even make it an entire season. I loved that show... WHY didn't people give it a chance.
Also, Moonlight. One Season. The last episode of it was hilarious, and there was so much potential with that ending. But now, we'll never get to see that either.
Why must the good shows be canceled.

Neon Genesis Evangelion for me. While it was only meant to be 1 season, I wish it had one on longer, they cut the budget for the last two episodes and it made it a real mindfuck.
Clone High, for sure. Not only did it end after one season, but it ended with a cliff-hanger! (probably on purpose)
