If D3's released this year definitely that, but I seriously doubt it .
Starcraft II for now, pending further announcements by other game studios.

None really. The games this year aren't looking all that great to me. Most developers decided to release the epic stream of epic games in late summer-mid fall of 2008.

Yup I agree, 2007 and 2008 have been great years for games...but this year things don't look nearly as good..
Just modern Warfare 2 and Diablo 3 I think

Just so i will finally be able to make the bold statement that every Half Life Episode sucked ass. Then maybe Valve can make something more innovative, instead of further soiling Half Life's good name.....Or they can go ahead and make Portal 2 already.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.

The original is my favorite game on the 360 but it has some issues. All the extras (co-op will be interesting)and refinements on the sigma 2 have convinced me to get a PS3.
