Alavarez by Funeral for A Friend. I hate emo, but love this song, which is so blatantly emo it's not even funny.
And this has been done before, by this man.

Frank Zappa

He's a brilliant guitarist, but his solos are strange and his lyrics pornographic - i quiver with strange delight whilst listening to him.

I don't know why but I feel ashamed when listening to it, but I love it.

Not songs, but an artist. Alanis Morissette. She rocks my world, I can see why she was cast as God in Dogma.

Also: The Cure. All my friends make fun of me, but I just fucking LOVE The Cure.

I play jazz drums in a variety of venues, but there's still nothing I enjoy playing so much as The Offspring.
Love me some Offspring drums. Warm up to The Kids Aren't Alright all the time.

I listen to so many different musical genres that I'm certain any number of them would probably end up on somebody else's guilty pleasure list - symphonic heavy metal, electronica, folk/pop, folk metal, post-grunge, hard rock, trip hop, alternative a capella, a smattering of pop, classical, contemporary instrumental, trance, goth rock, heavy metal celloists... and that was just what I was listening to yesterday.

Since the sole element all the things I listen to, in my mind at least, is that none of them suck, I don't actually have any guilty pleasures to admit to. I suppose for me the equivalent would be anything that other people who hear me playing it actually recognize - it sort of diminishes my reputation for listening to stuff nobody has ever heard of (though I still do that a lot).

Green Day and Montgomery Gentry. I generally listen to hard rock/metal but Montgomery Gentry is just good. And I'm only a little ashamed of Green Day because I constantly took a crap on them before "Know Your Enemy."

Beat it by Micheal Jackson. RIP. BTW, wasn't his nickname "jacko"? People should've saved that one for Peewee Herman <.<

.. Dexy's Midnight Runners. >.> Only three songs, but damn. Love'em.

A lot of cheesy 80's pop/rock, actually. Bon Jovi, The Police, some Placebo (more 90s, I guess).. Yeah.

No such thing as a guilty pleasure. I listen to just about everything, but I guess it's uncool to like the Mamas & Papas, ELO and Abba, so those will be my nominations.
