This girl in my creative writing class needed a hug and being her friend I gave her one. Then as I sat back down I smacked my elbow on the dry erase board causing me to jerk, drag my desk over and rip open her shirt with my shoe as I fell to the ground.

I feel more bad about the girl, did you rip it a little? or did she have to get one of those shirts they have in the lost and found..

No, it was a button-up shirt what got pulled open.

Playing softball I dived to get the ball when the batter pretended to swing at the person coming back to home bases legs and cracked me in the head. Very bloody.

Playing counterstrike 1.6 about 2 years ago in a match with some friends- i had the bomb ran into bomb site B on dust 2, few skirmishes went off and it ended up being that i was the last guy alive on my team and the one guy left alive on their team is still at the other side of the map.
All i had to do was plant the bomb and we would probably have won...... so i rushed over to plant the bomb and instead of pressing 5 on my keyboard and clicking to the plant the bomb i accidentally pressed 4 and instanly left clicked throwing a grenade at my own feet ending any chances of our team winning the match... =(

I've never heard more laughter on a ventrilo server...

back in second grade the class was having silent reading time and i got so absorbed in my book when i looked around the whole class had left the room to go to the next class, thankfully they were still in the hallway when i found them, but i heard that the teacher told them not to tell me they were leaving...

After putting up with a Brace for a year, I had a trampoline accident involving knees, metal bars and my face, and a tooth through my lip.

Knocked all the teeth i'd been correcting into DIFFERENT awkward positions.
