A 150-foot-tall fort with 2 metre thick cement walls, turret for every window, mines in the surrounding area, missle launchers on the battlements, lifetimes worth of food, and the guards would be, without a doubt, Fel Orcs from World of Warcraft.

Really, that was my first thought. Get the chameleon circuit fixed, though. So it can look suitable fort-like.

True but in theory you cant control what the TARDIS materializes as. It changes dependant on where you land and what time period
