I think there ought to be a thread where people can talk about what they've done recently ingame, and keep track of their progress. It might help some of us stay motivated to play. So, beaten any bosses lately? Found a rare item? Finished a game? Talk about it here.

Playing Hearts of Iron III as USSR. I conquered Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece by February 1940 without going to war with Germany.

Oh come on, it would be a lot more of an achievement if you didn't play it like that.

Also got a great k/d ratio with Morgana on LoL.

I just got all of the achievements on Afro Samurai - pretty late to the party, but got it on sale and ended up having a lot of fun with it. Lately, I've found myself digging back into my library and doing more achievement hunting (well, at least on games with single-player achievements, I'm getting too old for those MP ones).

Er I figured out how to do the instant axe kick with Makoto in SFIV if thats counts (shut up I know I suck) now I just need to make it consistent along with all her links oh and it would help if I could get used to the fightstick as well sometimes I struggle to jump forward which is not good (+ input errors which is also not good its cost me so many games). Now that I think about it my game achievements recently kind of suck they are pretty small.

I recently completed Uncharted 2 on Crushing to get the platinum trophy. That was a frustrating time.

I've not done a hell of a lot lately to be honest. Only think I can really think of is getting to wave 71 in survival in Iron Brigade with randoms.(which is good considering that a majority of the people I run into in that game are idiots)

Replayed Deus Ex Human Evolution with 0 kills.
Replayed WarCraft 3 RoC and TFT with minimal cheats (only when bored).
Replayed Dawn of War II Retribution and finished the Chaos Missions this time.

I've started Fallout: New Vegas again recently to get through the DLC that i've never done, and since i already know the game i decided to try hardcore mode. At this point i'm lvl 20, have done most of main quest line and could finish it whenever i want, so i think i don't think it's too much of a stretch to say i've pretty much completed the game on hardcore.

In retrospect i don't know why i never tried it out before, it doesn't really make the game particularly difficult in any way, it just adds certain considerations that i have to take into account when i'm wandering the wastes. Which is nice really, adds a certain extra level of immersion, but since finding food or water or sleep is never particularly difficult it never makes things awkward and annoying.

To be honest, i don't even know why hardcore mode wasn't made as standard, it's just better overall without being any more awkward or annoying, or even difficult.

I recently beat Uncharted 3 on crushing, I know its hardly a super rare gaming achievement but it means I've been the entire trilogy on Crushing. Which is good because there such great games.

More Hearts of Iron III... I conquered Yugoslavia in my Soviet campaign. Encircled their capital and sustained minimal losses. My aggressive tactics are paying off.

I`m missing a few Dragon`s Dogma trophies (i got 91% of them) but i need a break and i don`t feel like grinding all the side quests right now.

Yesterday i replayed MP3 with cheats enabled. The latest patch fixed the unlimited bullettime issue. I had this and unlimeted ammo, unlimited painkillers and killcam on every kill on. It felt like a really gory shootout movie and i wished for a screenshot option.

I just finished the campaign in Oil Rush, which gave me a good 16 hours or so of game time, on hard difficulty(I've dumped a couple of hours into multiplayer, sparse as it may be with opponents). It was a serviceable story, nothing fancy, but then again, the gameplay is where the game shines. If anyone's interested, it's like a more complex version of Eufloria and with water and boats instead of asteroids and seedlings. Oh and the added multiplayer is a very welcome addition to this kind of game.

Other than that, not an in-game achievement, but I've begun playing through my MASSIVE backlog, starting with Alan Wake, which I'm loving at the moment. It's delightfully creepy, even if I'm not usually good at scary games.

I learned something from playing a game of League of Legends just now: Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER have Ezreal take solo mid against Kassadin. Ever.

(I was Ezreal. 0/6/2 before I quit. And honestly, I can't think of a better achievement I've had in my recent gaming memory than quitting 30 minutes into a LoL game with 6 deaths, all to one enemy. I'm just that mediocre--less than, actually.)

I managed to get through the prison in Amnesia: The Dark Descent. The water part wasn't even that bad! The prison, on the other hand... I need new pants.
To combat the grim depressing feeling Amnesia leaves you with (along with soiled pants), I've recently bought Rayman: Origins. Some of the chest-chase levels are HARD AS HELL.
I guess an achievement would be beating the pirate-themed chest-chase level after dying God knows how many times.

I did a great round of League of Legends with Mundo. 17 Kills, 1 death and 18 assists. I felt so proud of myself.
