For Relaxation, I'll either listen to The Pogues while Free-Running in Assassin's Creed, or go on a Cross-Country trip in San Andreas on my Freeway while listening to Flogging Molly.(Biking through the badlands while listening to Rebels of the Sacred Heart is REALLY relaxing.)

Actually as ironic as this may be DDR is my relaxation game because it takes my mind off whatever else I was doing before and then I'm ready to play w/e again after I dance to a couple of songs!

Anyway, I use L4D for relaxation, or more specific to destress myself. Slaughtering hordes of zombies is just perfect to vent aggression.
