K-On *Guilty pleasure award*. I don't want to like this show, but I can't help it. Its awesome.

Haruhi *Accidental awesome series discovery award*. I just watched it because I wanted to see the famous ending theme song dance. Ended up being one of my favorite shows.

Lucky Star *Most widely seen characters*. Those guys are everywhere. I saw them in avatars and sigs all over the place so I hunted down the show.

B Gata H Kei *Most initially underrated totally badass show*. I watched 5 minutes and quit. One day I was bored because Arakawa Under the Bridge wouldn't update so I gave it a fair chance. Watch this show. It is fucking hilarious.

Disgaea 3 *The not an anime but still deserves to be here award*. This game owns.

Haha for me the haruhi and lucky star are switched. I accidentally discovered lucky star and I saw haruhi everywhere and looked it up (I'm pretty sure haruhi even appears in lucky star on the tv?)

Also, Disgaea isn't even school related, cheat =P There is a Disgaea anime though.

Disgaea 3 was all about a school. Admittedly a weird one but it was a school.

Also endless 8 was the worst idea ever. I watched like the first three and said fuck it and skipped to the last one and SPOILER ALERT, really, homework, eight episodes of the same fucking shit over and over and over with a slightly different camera angle and outfits, to learn they needed to do their fucking homework. What the fuck were they thinking?

Cromartie High - Randomness (Surprised no one mentioned it yet)
Clannad - One of the greatest storys I have seen.
Tokimeki Memorial - Randomness runner up, with a splash of drama and story =3
Vampire Knight - Another well written story
Toradora! - Another great comedy/drama/romance

And best for last!
Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru - Wonderful story that supplements itself well without drifting down the path of NSFW-ness (Still one of my favorite series to date)

Honestly, I did! I survived it by spacing my viewing out over a week; one episode a day. I don't know of anyone who has watched all eight in one sitting though; that would be insane.

I'm never watching it again though. Never again!

That's actually the best idea ever. Play all 8 endless eights together and see how minuscule the differences are as they all sound like they're speaking with an awkward echo.

And yeah B Gata H Kei is a masterpiece of perversion induced hilarity.

Everyone wanted to kill Makoto. There is only one other protagonist I can think of that I want to beat up. Shinji from Evangelion. STOP WHINING AND GO FIGHT SOME FUCKING ANGELS! He's the most emo whiny temperamental little ***** I've ever had to watch on a screen. He actually made me yell at my screen when I watched that show.
