B Gata H Kei- *Most likable but unlikeable main character.*
Seriously sometimes she really pushes it and when you think about it she really f*cked up Mayu, someone who actually cared for him. If they do end up in a real relationship that goes beyond Yamada's obsession it would almost seem wrong and yet I can't see Yamada just dropping him. Not to mention her personality towards others sometimes. And yet despite that I find it really hard to dislike her. It also helps that the show is actually funny yet manages to carry a somewhat original plot.
B Gata H Kei- *Best flip of a known gender personality trait.*
Pretty simple. The idea of a perverted man is both well known and mostly played for laughs. I would use both Azumanga Daioh and any school anime that had some person sneak into the girls locker or wherever. A perverted high school female who's goal is to have 100 *buddies*, not so much to my knowledge.
Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu- *Best fanservice upgrade between seasons*
Is it me or did the second season "Purity" seem to up the "sexualness" (for lack of a better term.) It just seemed more there in comparison to the last season.
High School of the Dead- *Best use of zombies in a high school enviroment*
Ok so I know I haven't read the Manga and the Anime dosen't start until next month, but watch this trailer and tell me I am wrong.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei- a darker comedy. It is insane for most of the time.

Most manly: Cromartie High School
Most normal: Azumanga Dio
Most in-fucking-sane: Pony Poni Dash

Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu (Hare + Goo) is an INANE anime that partially takes place in school.
Shoujo Kakumei Utena...That one's pretty messed up too.
Shadow Star Narutaru is the most disturbing ever.
Sukigake Cramortie High is a reverse-gendered Azumanga Daioh.
Great Teacher Onizuka is hilarious.
Gokusen is hilarious.
Ouran Highschool Host Club is very popular.
Goldfish Warning is a classic comedy.
Marmalade Boy is a long romance drama.

I've watched several anime featuring schools.
School Days, yes I agree with it being the most depressing and also containing the biggest dickhead that I've ever seen in an anime.
Shuffle, I just started watching this, I'm liking it so far currently on episode 3.
Pani Poni Dash, Insanely random but god do I love it.
Lucky Star, Ok at first I hated this show, but it grew on me. Now I've watched the series about three times now.
School Rumble: Absolutely hilarious.
Ghost Stories: Again absolutely hilarious.
Yugioh: It kinda features school scenes, like when there not playing card games or saving the world from the dark forces.
Haruhi: It's funny also season 2 was disappointing, damm endless 8.
Finally K-On: I'm not even that big of a music fan, I just really like this show for some reason.
Edit: Almost forgot one, Clannad/Clannad afterstory: Had a great story, with some humour and sad scenes. Although there was one in particular that made me shed a tear. Anyone who has seen the series, might know what scene I'm taking about.

Ouran Highschool Host Club: Awarded for being the most fluffy with extra added blinding pink and baby blue and flowers on top but still kinda enjoyable to watch.
