Shovel.

Not to mention that replacements are easy to come by, and functional in other situations

An umbrella. One could use it as a sword, or open it up for a shield... Make the entire umbrella very strong.

A really really big axe with a picture of a baby painted on it. Explosive fists would be so awesome.
OOOOH! Fists that produced a swarm of pissed of bees when I punched someone! Yea, there's my weapon...

I'd go with a whip. Complete with BDSM outfit I think it would intimidate my enemies in a way no other weapon could.

A lead pipe with one end cut on a bevel to form a sharp point. Good for (generally) nonlethal knockouts via smacking in the face, or (often) lethal attacks via stabbing in the face.

The ability to direct spinning helicopter blades at people. They've been known to lop heads off in freak accidents and it would just be sheer awesome to ninjas them with spining death.

For zombie apocalypse, rip the blade off an office paper guillotine.
For an RPG, a cordless power drill - for those sickeningly visceral OHK attacks.

I'm a big fan of the hand and a half sword. Slightly long and awkward in one hand, a little too easy for two hands. Allows for a quick transition in styles though.

pneumatic umbrella.
I could fence with it, block stuff by opening it, and I could stab and open to tear, zombies I guess, apart. Maybe, if we ignore physics, I could glide like if Marry Poppins decided to become Batman.
If we're going completely against physics, I could use the liquid on the umbrella as a whip.
I'd swiftly get tired of the obligatory accompaniment of "It's Raining Men."
