A falchion. Because swords are cool. Maybe a glaive of some kind, but I have some practice with a sword, so I'll go with that.

Though I'd be happier with a bow. My bow, ideally.

Do tell, what kind of bow? I shoot recurve myself.

I would choose either a lightsaber or two hidden blades, because both are somewhat easy to hide and easy to carry.

It would be more awesome though if it could halt bullets.

I'm 99.99% certain it can, a lightsaber touching metal generally disintegrates it immediately. The bigger trouble is that you'd need reflexes for it (and with those, you wouldn't actually need a lightsaber, a well designed sword would do the trick)

If I could have a signature weapon I'd either want an English longsword or a Zweihander.
Doubt I'd be able to dual-wield them but it would be fun to try!

Throwing knives. Lots and lots of throwing knives. Assuming I had time to practice, I think I could eventually become very good with them, and if anyone gets close, I could stab them. Seriously, the only weapon I use in Assassins creed: brotherhood is a knife.
