revolvers are great, really really easy to maintain, never jam, can be silenced, but be carefull which one you get, some do not have good stopping power
Silenced? SILENCED? For silence you need a gas-seal!
See that gap between the cylinder and the barrel? THAT is NOT a seal!
There is only one russian revolver that can be silenced...
Revolvers have 6-8 shots and are rather heavy, I´d rather take something lighter with more capacity, and a friggin magazine so I won´t fumble around with individual cartridges in a life or death situation<.<
But hey, personal preference.

An AK-47 because it's apparently really easy to use and never breaks or anything, extra ammo instead of a second weapon and maybe a katana? never used one before so it might not be the best idea.

12 ga Mossberg pumpaction for close rangeand the commonality of the 12 ga.

and the deadliest weapon known to man, a crowbar.

I don't plan on dealing with anything outside shotgun range, if it's already that far away, I can run :). As for the third weapon....i don't know....a grenade in case things go awry.

The Davy Crockett.

Tripod-mounted nuclear rifle of sorts. I'll have to get some other survivors to help operate it.

The blast radius is bigger than the maximum range, so I guess that could be a problem, I don't know.

An assault rifle, with ammo.
A handgun, with ammo.
And a baseball bat with nails in it.

A tamed circus bear covered in armor, a suit of plate armor and a keg of Vaseline.

I'm actually serious about this one.

44.Magnum Revolver (3 Inch spread over a distance of 50ft. Which means headshots are easy and it is going to pierce the skull 100% of the time at medium to close range).

Hunting rifle (Not very picky on the model of weapon on this one, you can shoot zombies from several hundred yards away and the caliber of hunting rounds are usually quite powerful).

Fire Axe (A sharp weapon that can decapitate zombies or split skulls, the added weight on the end will mean that less force is required for breaking a skull and the additional spiked end will alow some downwards 'bashing' strikes rather than swinging from side to side. The spiked end would come in handy for corridors where this is no swinging room, and the overall weight of the weapon means that it'll be like cutting through butter with a flaming chainsaw. Another side bonus is that it requires no ammo or fuel to power it and it requires almost no skill to weild).

A sporting M4, because (in line with the Zombie Survival Guide) they cannot go full-auto.

A P99

And finally...

As long as the bullet can go through the zombie's brain, I'll be fine.
Revolvers can't be silenced, unless it is made for the specific purpose of being silenced...

OT: An M4A1, with just about every accessory on the market... It's basically an all purpose rifle then...
A baretta M92FS
And a Katana.

Definitly an M1 garand or and AK. Why? Well, in comparison to other guns they suck ass, but i don't know how to clean a gun or maintain it. So either i jam, or just stick with something like that

-HK416, never fired the specific model, but I hear it is pretty much identical to the AR-15 except much more reliable. That is good because I have used the AR-15, but don't trust it for long term reliability, especially with little/no time for cleaning or reliable supplies to do so. It is also great because it is accurate enough for "headshot only" zombies, and the 5.56 bullet does enough damage to kill the "28 days later" zombie.

-Titanium Crowbar, lighter than it's steel counterpart and very useful. It is an excellent bludgeoning weapon and has many practical uses.

-Glock 17, it is one of the most rugged pistols out there, I have more experience with it than any other firearm, its quite accurate, fires a common round, and has a massive 17 round magazine standard. The Glock is compatible with even a 32 round magazine.

Primary weapon:HK 416 w/ ACOG with underslung Masterkey. accepts 0.223 and mil-spec 5.56mm rounds, which should be quite common in the event of a military intervention. while the masterkey will allow the use of 12gauge rounds as well as for breaching doors

Sidearm: 9mm USP tactical-again 9mm is the most common pistol round, should have plenty of these lying around

Melee: Crowbar
