Oh, I think most of mine are Diablo II-related...generally involving me and one of the Evils (Prime or Lesser) and myself becoming a member of the "oh shit" list. The "Oh shit" list being where the last thing you hear over any kind of communication, "oh shi-" and then sounds of horrible death.

It'll be just me, playing around with the minions, killing them all off, calm as you please, and then my rogue would open up a door in Andariel's room, or, I mis-click a lot of the time and end up in a room or releasing seals in Pandemonium fortress that I didn't want to open. Especially the ones with super-strong unique baddies.

My poor Druid...I really feel sorry for him some days.

Mine is from the "real" world. I was in Copenhagen to watch a World Cup qualify match between Denmark and Sweden (my team). I was outside the arena called Parken and watched the match on a big screen.
Sweden goes up to 3-0, then Denmark comes back to 3-3. The crowd is extremely excited and theres alot of tension between the swedish and danish supporters. Then, round 85th minute, a danish player (Paulsen) punches a swedish player (Rosenberg) and gets sent off, then out of nowhere a danish supporter runs in to the field and tries to punch the referee. Denmark gets disqualified and Sweden wins with 3-0.
And i just scream out my happiness for the result and act quite offensive about it. Someone bumps in to me and i, without thinking, push the person away. When i realise what i just have done i got my, OH SHIT, RUN!!!!
The guy i pushed was a 2meter tall danish supporter with a balaclava and murder in his eyes. And he had friends with him.

Oh man, I remember running like away from those things, I could feel the adrenaline pumping thorugh my veins!

I'll admit it. I skipped the campaign on Modern Warfare 2, invited my best buddy since second grade, and we played co-op special operations (for you idiots that's spec. ops.) we finally reached the last set, read the descriptions, said "F*** you juggernauts, bring it on!" and started the second operation, kill 10 or 15 juggernauts on an oilrig. we both were getting familiarized with the map when we see, i am not kidding, 5 juggernauts running towards us, their M240's blazing bullets and soon we were both on the bare metal floor, blood oozing out of our bullet-ridden corpses. the next time we tried again. We both donned our egos, strapped on our combat gear, and cocked our light machine guns. we started the mission, ran into the room, and as we were setting up our claymores for a hellish deathtrap, a juggernaut came in and died. we were relieved. we killed one. then, as soon as his fellow juggy died, two more entered the mroom. I yelled at the top of my lungs, "Oh my f***ing god run!!!!!". we ran like two over-weight schoolgirls down the stairs and died again. that was the one time i was truly scared of a video game.

Yeah, I wish they would make more Spec-ops missions like those. Me and my friends finished them using some cheats. Good times. Good times.

Also strangely enough in LBP when like playing a level and someone has created some crazy trap where a gas cloud or fire ball or wall of spikes start chasing you down the level, don't think anyone has mentioned that one yet...

Those Freakin Rancors in Jedi Acadamy!!! If I could, I would always skip the normal rancor cause I was to scare to step into the maze. As for the Mutant one my first reaction: " Oh. Dear. God. OH shit Where do i run to!!!! what do i do?!!??!!!!"

Dead space: I got surrounded by the normal xeno's when (due to a silly mistake) all i had was a slightly upgraded Pulse rifle, First Time I ever used that things Alt Fire ....Bits of Arms N legs where flying Everywhere!

It was in Thief II, right after eavesdropping at the Mechanist seminary. I was skulking about in the underground crypt when I heard the clinking of chains. I had headphones on, so I could hear them inch closer and closer, now accompanied by a breath that sounded like the wind. I had doused the torch in the room, but when the hammer haunt came by, I tried to inch my way behind him. Too close. The hammer was raised and I ran like hell only to be clobbered to death. X_X Those things are fast!

This one time in oblivion when everything went to shit. I use a spawn mod, makes more enemies and stronger enemies appear, and I was level 3 fighting a few imps when suddenly, over a hill comes 2 legionnaires, 10 or so bandits, 3 mystical imps, 3 minotaurs, and 2 hill giants.
I ran like hell.

Strangely I had my first big 'Leg it!' moment in a multiplayer game.
Battlefield 2142, titan mode. That satisfying final rocket to finish off the enemy core, everyone celebrates! Then you realise you're still on board and you just destroyed the reactor core.
