Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction - So much fun to be had, so many ways to break physics.
I had called in a Chinese weapon drop and had recently taken to sniping the helicopter pilot for a free ride. Typically if you waited until the helicopter was just hovering midair, a quick bullet to the pilot's brainpan would power down the 'copter and have it land on the crate, then slowly fall backwards resting on the tail rotors. This time however, the clipping gods were mad at me.
Instead of settling to the ground or even just falling over, the helicopter got part of itself stuck inside the ammo crate, and after a little internal collision detection, launched itself at me at full speed, catching me smack in the face and sending me flying across the street. Pretty awesome way to die if I do say so myself, in a humiliating sort of way.
Also at one point on the 2nd map, I had an allied troop heli bounce into a wall, critically damage itself thereby going into a tailspin, and falling on my poor civilian disguised vehicle's ass sending us all to kingdom come. Never trusted AI pilots again.
