Something to think about, what would you do if there was a massive zombie outbreak across the world? For the sake of the topic you'll only be aware of the outbreak by the time zombies have entered your home town.

Ring the police. If they can deal with not-braindead people with weapons, they can deal with braindead people who are unarmed.
Grab anything that may be useful or contains porn and try get to get to a police station, barracks or anywhere where i suspect people with guns and knowledge of how to use those guns might be.

As I'm not a farmer or a policeman, I can't shoot the bastards. So, get in the car with my family and GTFO.
First I will making a suit of armour from light weighted metals since zombie can't bite through metals or alternative cover my clothing in duck tape (my mate told me duck tape are strong and bite proof).
Second I do anything to survive like finding a group of survivor and raid and loot shop etc. I think my overall goal it head up north to a cold environment that is if the zombie lack body heat.

Just wait a few weeks untill everything dies out.
In real life zombie outbreaks could never get very big. So the military should have a easy job keeping it under control. Else you can just wait untill Winter and they will freeze to death.

Since in my area live a lot of elderly people the zombies would be quite slow (I hope). That should improve my chances to survive. I would get what I can from the nearby grocery store and hide in the house which could be quite save because of all the walls around it. I would enforce the fences and hope the best.
But we all know that massive zombie outbreaks usually start in the US, so there's no need to worry for me ;Þ

I'd retire to a cottage in the middle of nowhere with some food which I'd raided from a grocery store and wait until the zombies run out of people to eat and die of starvation. Then I could join a bunch of other people who survived the apocalypse in bringing the world back to its glory.

First, I'd move any food/supplies to the upper floor of my house, and have everyone fill all the bathtubs and sinks and stuff with water. Once everything is upstairs, or if the zombies break in, have my dad use his buzz saw to destroy the stairs (our stairs are easy peasy to destroy). Then, go on the roof to put a bit HELP! message on it. And then wait for rescue.

Well I would call my friends and tell them to bring food,games,films,loved ones,TV,more food and music and after the military as dealt with the zombies we would finely walk out of the house...with high scores on every one of the games.
