Ah, it's an image I found a while ago, I can't claim it as mine. But being a huge Transformers and Metroid fan, I couldn't pass it up. The image had the Japanese characters for the words, Metroid Prime, I found both awesome and funny, the image is on my profile here if you want to see.
I saw it...its very nice....somthing I'd almost put on my wall
That's a good idea, I was thinking of putting it on a shirt actually.

I don't know. My join date and post count are smokescreens to hide the fact that I'm just a n00b who has been here for a long time.

I know that one! You need a link to the image in question, then you need to put it in an image tag, which is (without the spaces, obviously) [ image ] thisiswhereyourlinkybitgoes [ /image ]

3.How can i make my own Forum topic
Another one I can answer! You just go to the forums section, click into a sub-forum (gaming discussion, religion & politics etc) and click the 'new topic' button near the top. Simples.

4. Do the site admins read these
They are ever vigilant, like internet hawks. They read everything. They know all. Beware their steely gaze, known to shrivel the scrotum and...I don't know what the female equivalent of that is, but they do it too.

THIS IS NOT A QUESTION.

Now you've gone and confused me :-(

Yay, I get a Boost. Is that the original Boost bar, back before some dickbag fucked with the recipe and made them all shit and powdery? If so, I am a happy Waffle.

Don't have carpet for him to pee on, thank God. Though maybe it would've been worth it just to quote The Big Lebowski everytime he did it.

I just had one of my sports articles published by ESPN. While there aren't many sports fans on this site, so I might as well be talking Latin, I'm very proud.
I don't give a damn about sport, but I shall fistbump you anyway out of writerly solidarity!

If it's any consolation, I had managed to force it out of my brain, but now having posted that it's back with a vengeance.

The only vids I know that work are youtube. For youtube, type in [ youtube = *insert everything after the equals sign in the link here. For example, you'd type in just WhOlAU4t9Hs for the Pony Polka rather than http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhOlAU4t9Hs * ]. Just remember to remove all of the spaces within the brackets.

As for the images, you're actually wrong there. I've always had to type in [ img src = *Insert pic link here* ] with the spaces removed of course. Every time I see an image link that doesn't work, they did exactly what you did.

We should probably stop, or this will go on all day and completely derail the thread :p

I recently bought a new headphone/microphone combo to replace my Xbox 360 set, my iPod set, and my PC set.

And recently discovered the glory that is Grooveshark.

I am happy dancing right now thinking about how good life is right now.

I read an email today saying that my first PhD scholarship payment is on Thursday, and I only started today. Has me pretty happy.

And I also saw Looper last night which was a great movie. That kid gave a pretty damn solid performance, and Emily Blunt is an adorable lady. Also, Bruce Willis shooting toddlers... Damn!
My reaction to a lot of that movie:
"Oh... they actually went there..."

]Well, I do agree that The Escapist is full of cynicism. It was always like that, really, but enough of that.

Anyways, last night I watched The Wolf Children Ame and Yuki, the new anime film from Mamoru Hosoda. I never really "loved" his other work, but I really loved this movie. Even saw it a second time the next morning. Made me feel all warm inside, and I highly recommend it.

But then I watched Blood-C: The Last Dark, which was... alright, I guess, but wasn't as entertainingly stupid as the series.
Blood+ is possibly my favorite series of all time...

What in the world is Blood-C, and should I be concerned?
The recent Blood anime, made by CLAMP. It was a TV series, and then the movie, Blood-C: The Last Dark, following up.

The TV show was... pretty bad. The pacing is painfully slow, the first couple of episodes are repetitive, there are some plot elements that make no sense, and Saya is an idiot, but I thought it was entertaining at least, and in my opinion it almost makes up for itself at the end, but mostly for sheer crazyness. Also, it's probably the only Blood anime that lives up to its name. It's gruesome as fuck, and I guess that's why I kinda like it. I'd give it a watch if you're curious enough. I enjoyed Blood+ alright, but it was a bit too bishounen-y for my taste. I never really cared for the original anime film, and the live-action film is total garbage. At least Blood-C wasn't as bad as that.

I decided to do a SCIENCE and test this. Without further ado,

[image src=http://images.fineartamerica.com/images-medium-large/the-screaming-heron-40d10802-wingsdomain-art-and-photography.jpg]

So according to SCIENCE, both methods are perfectly acceptable.

The more you knoooooow!

Sorry to hear that the forums have got you down. Here is a nice cheerful video to raise your spirits.

You are possibly the worst person here. Congratulations. :D
Seriously though, that's one of the most heartbreaking god damn videos. AND IT'S AN INSURANCE ADVERT! Why. Just why.

OT: I find that just enjoying the place is a good way to deal with that. Sure we've got some really irritating people who won't stop moaning, and frankly most of us are cynical to the point of disbelief (cwutididtharyehucwutididthar) it's still a fairly decent place to be, and there's a lot of fun stuff going on. A lot of good content besides the forums, too.
