Well I'm too self-confident to ever need to feel like a badass, but if I need cathartic fun then in the past I'd play Burnout Revenge.

Just Cause 2. Just so much fun you can have blowing things up and latching moving vehicles to trees.

Some of the mission's in Ninja Gaiden Black are really great for this, letting you enter a smooth-flowing killing trance. I love that game, much tighter gameplay than the second one.

Also Dawn of War 1 and 2, playing as a Space Marine just feels so incredibly badass.

Dante's Inferno. I feel pumped every time I do the cross finishing move. Then I put my hands in the air and yell "The Power of Christ compels you, *****!" And then I punch Satan in the face.

Prototype, sandbox games in general are great for feeling like a badass but that game is one of the few that almost makes you feel god-like in your badassery.

God of War 3 and Prototype.

Also, Red Faction: Guerrilla (with the cheats on). Nothing like super-running up to groups of enemies and knocking them 200 yards into the distance with a sledgehammer (and doing the same thing to their vehicles), then flying on top of a building and bringing it crumbling down on top of them.

Call of Duty 4.

There's nothing quite like the feeling of entering a FFA lobby and knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will win every single match that you play, regardless of who you're playing against.

The Punisher by Volition and THQ released in 2005. I still have it installed on my PC just to go around being badass. A really underrated game by critics imo.
Wow, are you me?

My thoughts exactly.

Painkiller.
Nothing better than standing between an army of ninjas, demons, clowns, zombies, soldiers, romans and priests and then showing them the power of the electrified shuriken!

Nothing makes me feel quite so badass as something from the Tekken series. Those games are like my comfy slippers of badass-ery.

Jedi Academy, for some reason. Whether it be smashing stormtroopers against walls, hacking them to pieces, or pushing them off of cliffs, it never fails to bring a deranged grin to my face.

Serious Sam

Oh the joys of running around in massive environments mowing down waves and waves of headless suicide-bombers, giant boars, undead... horse things, and all sorts of other weird creatures as if you were some sort of one-man-army.

I don't think I'm you, but since you might be one of the only other people out there that agree with me, I am wondering if we're twins or something.

Nothing is more badass then this.

While performing a drive-by...
This made me feel a lot better after losing all my fucking Minecraft data.

Thank you.
This also made my day, and my day just started so it's going to be a great day for sure.

Mostly the original Doom, and sometimes Painkiller, partly because they're two of the few games I can play well enough to make me feel bad ass, and mostly because they give me plenty of things to kill. Endlessly.
