Depends. Attractive as in "C'mere little girl! :D" or attractive as in, "Man, she's going to be hot in a few years." ?
The latter. Very much the latter. Though to be fair I know some 16 year olds who look 18, so I'm sure that's not too weird.

I think when they get past 15 they breach the "little girl" status permanently. I dunno though.
I'd be inclined to agree, both anatomically and mentally, but breaching girls, even if they're 15-17, is still pretty messed up. Then again, I wouldn't want to be around girls that age for extended periods anyway, regardless of breaching.

Oh no, I concur. Teenage girls are batshit crazy.

in America are you actually taught that abstinence is a good thing to do in sex ed?
also i like looking at Sarah Palin (could end the statement there) say you should teach abstinence only sex ed and then her daughter the 17 single mother, hmmmmm i wonder why she was fucking stupid enough to not use a condom, her dumb fuck of a mother thought it was bad to teach her how to not ruin your life at 17. Then, its alright there being forced to marry each other. you know i hope he daughter is beaten to death by her husband just prove how stupid abstinence only sex ed is. (rant over)
well you see our country is run by religious conservatives that have no idea how the world works anymore, and they love to shove their values down the WHOLE country's throat, they therefore like the schools to teach kids about sex then tell them not to do it, and most don't bother to inform about contraceptives. they tell schools to do it because they don't want to feel embarassed in front of the children they already ignore, these children then proceed to screw without contraception, leading to pregnancy they don't want/can't handle, and have their choice to abort the accidental pregnancy under attack by the parents that wouldn't tell them about contraceptives in the first place, and there you have it. It is a viscous cycle. but waddya gonna do? (shrugs)
I don't know about you guys, but my sex ed was: Sex=babies. Condoms are for not having babies, but they're not 100% reliable. There's also birth control, but you can't have any because you're not 18. AIDS IS BAD!!!!!!!
Over the course of several weeks. So, I'm not sure what schools you guys went to, but whatever.
Yeah but the problem is; lots of schools don't teach sex ed like that, there was a town in Florida where the kids thought that mountain dew worked as a contraceptive, The subject isn't taught the same in every state or school district, some teach properly with talk of condoms and birth control, but many of those don't even show condom application, and others don't bother with contraceptives at all. I'm inclined to wonder how a person couldn't figure out a condom though, it isn't like it is rocket science, pocket rocket science maybe, but still

There was no sex ed class at my school. At all. The closest thing was health class and they just touched on sex ed.

Sounds pretty similar to mine. Though I'd like to add we got shown a large blue dildo as a tool for practising condom application. Generated many a giggle in the class.
Really? They gave us bananas...
Same here...... A dildo is a little... much.
You really think so? Huh. We all found it hilarious. It's not half as bad as the stuff I found in my dad's bedside table drawers. Heh. I was so traumatised...
I like the way this thread is going. It's just awesome.
Man, you'd think so, but I'm getting crazy deja vu. I think I talked about the very same stuff a few months back in a different thread. Don't want people to think I'm repeating myself or something.

On that note, to the stove! It's Hot Dog time!
Don't forget the bananas and carrots.
And 16-year-old girls...
Oh ho! Very clever NewClassic my good man. I see your invisible writing though. I'll have you know that bananas are horrible 'fruit'. Carrots only rank a 6/10 on my food scale. If we're going for penis shaped fruits+veg, surely a cucumber would be the best choice!

Am I still allowed to be attracted to 16 year old girls if I've turned 18 or is that weird?

Got'cha, although it's not to hide so much as making a nod to an earlier joke. I'll correct it in my original post though. Thanks for the heads-up.

I guess giving the kids to someone who actually cares about them is better than being a shitty parent, but still, way to screw up their lives, parents.

I've got nothing against the law, it's probably for the best. It's just sad that parents can't own up to their responsibility.

Yeah, this article says a lot more about humanity in a negative light than I could in 50,000 words...

Geeze, we didn't even get condoms, all we had was this guy who came in, rolled a condom over his head, just down under the nose, then blew it up to show how strong they really are. /quote]

Man, closest we got to that was our science teacher placing a microscope dust-protector plastic thingy over his head and shouting "LOOK I'M A CONDOM!" in mockery of what he assumed we would do.

Pity he was early. Our sex ed didn't start for another two years *sigh*. He was such a douche.

this was a terrible lack of foresight on the law makers part and is sort of disgusting
on the parents part. Seriously abandoning their child...and what? why cause they were to stupid and had a kid and too stupid to pay for him/her.

I believe you quoted the wrong person. But I went to VVHS and there was no sex ed class. There was a football class, but no sex ed class. You can't make something like that up. There was a football class. It was worth a PE credit.

Though you may not believe me, a Christian Private School. My experiences there, especially those in regards to sex ed, is what generally drives me to defend Religious schools on the whole (specific cases not included).

It is in England though, if that helps you understand any better.

Yes then we could craft the "Master Race", and prevent unwanted peoples from reproducing, muahahahahaha! (sarcasm)

No Eugenics didn't work, here (USA) or in Germany.

What a horiible thought.
Now I see this quoted often actually, and I think it's about time I expressed my opinion on the matter.

Precisely what is wrong with creating an idealised human race? Besides the fact that some people may point to the aryan fiasco and say "That's all Eugenics is" when really it could be so much more and better.

We're not talking about murdering kids here. We're talking about preventing people who can't prove they could be capable parents of having kids. What exactly is so horrible about trying to ensure that every child born will have a 'good' childhood and grow up to be a well-adjusted, productive adult?

Surely what you're suggesting by preventing such a thing is actually causing more child abuse and neglect from parents who can't satisfy the needs of their child. We've bloody well got enough people on this planet already, stopping a few people from having kids isn't exactly a bad thing resource wise either. Isn't that what China is doing with that 1-child per family scheme they've got running?

Drop your child off at the sitters... FOREVER!

Hundreds of generations from now this law is gonna evolve into a cautionary bedtime story for misbehaved Children

I think Nebraska should add something to that law that says in order to drop off a kid the parents have to get a mandatory vasectomy and tubal ligation....without anesthesia.
Thats actually not a bad idea, and that shouldn't be applied just to Nebraska, that should be international, If you get a kid and dont want it, dont have kids, easy as that, you cant just pop out a bunch of babies then only take the one you like and throw the rest away like its pieces of candy.
