After Sam purposefully infected himself in order to slip past the wolves undetected, he managed to rescue Sparrow from High-Mane's lair. It was then revealed that the mysterious dog that aided Sam in the rescue is the base for the milatary controlled operation Project Robin, that spread the infection.
Sam and Sparrow then fought off High-Mane and a small pack of wolves to rescue Duke, who the wolves had kidnapped in order to find the location of the APC.
Chris, Shar and Portal are currenly in the APC heading toward Portal's base. After running into a small human controlled barcade, they pressed on only for the APC to brake. They're stuck until they can figure out a plan to fix the APC, but it seems Chris has plans.
Andy is still at an unknown location, and seems to have made somewhat of a discovery. She has run into some trouble in the process, in the form of zombie attacks and fire.
The rest of the ZAS gang are still at the Warship, where Sam, Robin, Sparrow and Duke have just arrived.

[Not a lot's changed with the group that stole the APC except that we're nearly at the lab and the APC's engine has stopped working after it got clogged with zombie. After jumping through the portal in the carrier Andy was running around a secret laboratory somewhere else for a while but after setting herself on fire a bit has jumped through another portal to another place we don't know about yet (although I suspect it might be Portal's lab, since she found a computer program which mentioned it).]
[And that's you pretty much up to speed. Only the first paragraph really matters to your character just now though.]
